1 Pocket filters
Application:
This kind of filters are used for pre filtration or substantial air filtration systems, ventilation and air conditioning. They are used as pre-filters in lacquer coating and spray painting equipment. They come in the form of several pockets (size and frame filter matched on request).
Structure
The filter media is a non-woven synthetic staple forming pockets which provide a large filtration area, uniform air flow, and stopping all kinds of dust. The frame of the filter can be made of metal or fully combustible plastic. Available in grades G2-F9 according to EN 779: 2002 and F7 and F9 in accordance with EN 779: 2012

2 Cassette filters
Application:
Cassette filters are part of pre filtration or basic filtration in ventilation systems and air conditioning.
They work as main filters in simple ventilation systems or as pre-filters prolonged use of higher efficiency filters.
Structure
Cassette filters are made of non-woven filter pleated or folded flat. To strengthen the filters structure we use metal wire mesh – one or double sided. The frame can be made of metal or fully combustible plastic. Available in grades G2-F9 according to EN 779: 2002.

3 HEPA filters
Application:
Filtr HEPA charakteryzuje się najwyższą skutecznością wśród filtrów powietrza usuwając do 99,9999 % zanieczyszczeń. Stosowane są w środowiskach ze szczególnymi wymaganiami czystości powietrza takich jak szpitale, laboratoria i inne.
There are as HEPA filters in classes H10-H14 and ULPA filters U15-U-17.

4 Compact filters
Application:
Compact filters can be used as pre-filters for absolute filters or as final filters for environments that require lower air parameters.
Structure
Their construction is a polypropylene frame and filter media heavily creased Microglass. Available in classes F6-F9 EN 779: 2002.

5 Carbon filters
Application:
The carbon filter is used in the purification of gaseous substances, vapour adsorption, solvents, adsorbers in technological processes in the spraying industry, chemical, printing, and others.
Structure
They are made in three types - cartridge nonwoven carbon filter, box filter with active carbon granules and a combination of both filters.
