Personal data provided on the FilterTechnic.eu website are used only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the Store to execute the order (i.e. to deliver the parcel to the Customer and make settlements).
FilterTechnic.eu does not share the Customer's personal data with any persons, companies or any other third parties, except those directly involved in the sale and delivery of goods (address data is shared with courier companies and companies running Personal Collection Points).
The data will be processed in compliance with all security requirements specified in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) and in the implementing provisions issued on its basis.
The customer has the right to freely access (inspect) their personal data, the right to correct them, as well as the right to demand that their processing be discontinued and that they be removed from the database, which should be reported to the data administrator – FilterTechnic, in writing (electronic form is acceptable).
