FilterTechnic Online Store Regulations
I. General provisions
- The service provider is Furniture Industry Organization Piotr Bolanowski , based in Chojnice Igielska Street 6/2 , NIP: 8392118774 , REGON: 221014867 , email: info@filtertechnic.eu , telephone: 602 769 774 .
- The Regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, implementing sales contracts and the rights and obligations of the parties.
- The Customer of the Store may be a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality.
II. Product and Order Information
- All products offered in the Store are brand new, free from defects and compliant with applicable law.
- The prices given in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
- The customer places an order using the order form available on the Store's website.
III. Payment Methods and Delivery
- The store offers the following payment methods:
- traditional transfer,
- electronic payment (e.g. PayU, Przelewy24),
- payment on delivery.
- Delivery of products is carried out within Poland via courier companies or to parcel lockers.
- Shipping costs are indicated when placing your order.
IV. Right to withdraw from the contract
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must submit an unequivocal declaration, e.g. by e-mail.
- The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods, unless the Store has agreed to cover them.
V. Complaints and guarantees
- In the event of detecting defects in the Goods, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
- The complaint should include a description of the defect, the date it was discovered and the Customer’s request.
- The store will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

The complaint must include information enabling the identification of the order (e.g. order number), a detailed description of the problem and contact details to facilitate the complaint process.
Complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt. Information about the outcome of the complaint will be provided to the Client in the manner indicated by him in the notification.
VI. Personal data protection
- The administrator of Customers’ personal data is the owner of the Store.
- Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Store Privacy Policy in order to fulfill orders and provide services.
- The customer has the right to view their data, correct it and request its deletion.
VII. Final Provisions
- The Regulations enter into force on [date] and are valid for an indefinite period.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The store reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations. Customers will be informed of changes 14 days in advance.
