Terms and conditions of electronic services provided by FilterTechnic

I. General provisions

  1. These regulations define the rules for the provision of services by electronic means through the website available at www .filtertechnic .eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

  3. The Regulations are available on the Service website and may be downloaded, saved and printed.
  4. A Client is any person using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider.

II. Type and scope of services

  1. The Service Provider provides services electronically consisting of:
    • sharing information about products,
    • enabling you to place orders in the online store,
    • sending the newsletter (after the user has given consent).
  2. Services are provided free of charge, with the exception of the purchase of products in the online store.

III. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Website's services, you must:
    • a device with Internet access,
    • Internet browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari),
    • active e-mail address for orders or newsletter subscriptions.
  2. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems resulting from the Client's failure to meet the above requirements.

IV. User Obligations

  1. The Client undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law, good practices and these regulations.
  2. It is prohibited to provide content of an illegal nature, including profanity, spam and content violating the rights of third parties.

V. Conditions for concluding and terminating contracts

  1. The agreement for the provision of services by electronic means is concluded at the moment you start using the Website.
  2. The Customer may terminate the use of the services at any time by leaving the Website or unsubscribing from the newsletter.
  3. In the event of a breach of the regulations by the Customer, the Service Provider has the right to block access to the services.

VI. Complaints

  1. Complaints related to the functioning of the Website can be submitted electronically to the e-mail address info@filtertechnic.eu .
  2. The complaint should include the Customer's name and surname, e-mail address and a description of the problem.
  3. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Client of the outcome.

VII. Personal data protection

  1. The administrator of personal data is the Service Provider.
  2. Customers’ personal data are processed for the purpose of providing services in accordance with the GDPR and the Website’s Privacy Policy.
  3. The customer has the right to view their data, correct it and request its deletion.

VIII. Final Provisions

  1. The Regulations enter into force on [date] and are valid for an indefinite period.
  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations. Customers will be informed of any changes at least 14 days in advance.
  3. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and the Civil Code.
